The ENTIRE public safety team relies on the people working in the E911 centers answering the “what’s your emergency” calls to furnish them with accurate and timely information. The successful outcome of ALL events, yes I said ALL EVENTS, starts there. Everyone in that center has a role as a leader and a member of that critical team to make that E911 center as effective as possible, lives depend on it. This program is designed for communications personnel at all levels.
