The Rossow Group has a long history of providing high-quality training for police agencies throughout the United States for over 25 years. We are now happy to announce we are starting a consulting and accreditation service to assist agencies in navigating the Michigan Law Enforcement Accreditation Program. Our consultants have over 60 years of combined experience in law enforcement accreditation.
Our mission is to deliver strategic research-based education, training, and consulting services that empower law enforcement agencies to improve operational performance, foster community trust, and ensure public safety.
Through data-driven solutions, and a deep understanding of the evolving law enforcement landscape, we aim to equip law enforcement agencies with the tools and knowledge to overcome challenges and allow agencies to achieve their mission with integrity and professionalism.

Our clients tell us we are unique for a variety of important reasons including:
• Review, Evaluate and Make Recommendations to any current departmental written directives to verify compliance with the standards promulgated by the Michigan Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (MLEAC).
• Create Additional Written Directives, if required, and continually evaluate departmental directives, policies, procedures, criteria, and protocols to reflect compliance with the standards promulgated or changed by the Michigan Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission (MLEAC).
• Evaluate Written Directives to reflect compliance with current Michigan Rules of Criminal Procedure, Criminal Statues and Vehicle Code.
• Make Recommendations based on best practices regarding the administration and operation of the agency, including but not limited to, Evidence and Property Function, Fiscal Management, Internal Affairs, Records management, and Temporary Holdings Facilities.
• Conduct Mock Assessments in preparation for MLEAC Assessor On-Site Assessments.
