bring order and they go out in the community with the intent of making it a better place to work and raise a family.
This program is designed for police, fire, corrections, and communications personnel at all levels including public safety leaders, future leaders, FTO’s, future FTO’s, Training Officers, senior officers, newly promoted supervisors, future supervisors, and up and coming personnel in agencies and organizations. The course is taught by Chief (ret) Neal Rossow, a 38-year law enforcement professional and a certified instructor. Chief Rossow has a no-nonsense approach and keeps his classes lively, open and engaging. You are sure to take away many practical tools and a new perspective on leadership and your role in your organization.
