emergency” calls to furnish them with accurate and timely information. The successful outcome of ALL events,
yes I said ALL EVENTS, starts there. Everyone in that center has a role as a leader and a member of that critical
team to make that E911 center as effective as possible, lives depend on it.
This program is designed for communications personnel at all levels.
The course is taught by Chief (ret) Neal Rossow, a 38-year law enforcement professional and a certified
instructor. Chief Rossow has a no-nonsense approach and keeps his classes lively, open and engaging. You are
