The course is taught by Deputy Chief Jai Mahabir. He has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement including being a SWAT commander, School Resource Officer, Patrol Sergeant and Patrol Lieutenant. He has been a football coach for many years and that background with his no nonsense, engaging style will teach the students skills necessary to make them successful leaders.
